Pattern Giveaway: Accessories: Autumne 2012

Denise Voie de Vie has designed a beautiful new winter accessories collection, featuring five great accessory patterns, 4 crochet and 1 knitting (I know, right? When have I ever featured crochet patterns before?!). I have extemely remedial crochet skills myself, but am in awe of these beauties:

I love the French elegance of this collection. The Piaf Scarf is the knitting pattern, with great lacy texture and is right at home with the crocheted beauties. The  rich texture of Le Bouquet is stunning, and the Rustically Elegant Shoulder warmer looks perfect for cozying up by a fire or in a cafe with a steaming cup of cafe au lait. The Slouching Toward Tassels cap is super cute and the tassels are in perfect proportion to the cap. My favourite is the Enveloped Cowl, it is so beautiful and looks classic and timeless.

So, how about a chance to win this beautiful collection? There's still time to make a little something in time for the holidays, as a gift or maybe for yourself. Please leave a comment with your contact info and tell me whch is your favourite. You can get extra chances to win by tweeting (be sure to tag me so I know!) or mentioning it on Facebook! Comments close Thursday, and the winner will be announced Friday.

All are gorgeous but the stole is really beautiful. My crochet skills leave a little to be desired too but I'd like to try it! herring.laura@gmail.com

They are all beautiful, I don't crochet but my hubby does and I would have him whip me up the hat pronto! Thanks for a great giveaway!

I LOVE the hat. Plus, I've been wanting to corchet more, just learned recently. :) So, collection equals perfect.

Oooo, pretty crochet! I'm hoping inspiration like this collection will get me to work on my hook-skills.

I adore the rustically elegant shoulder warmer. I'm imagining it over a black tank top and skinny pants, in a bright color like red or turquoise. I think that would be gorgeous and classic even though I don't normally like the look of crochet!

Oooh, I love the Piaf Scarf. Pretty. :)

They're all lovely, but I think Le Bouquet Stole is my favorite. I could see improving my skills trying to crochet that one. :)

I love the enveloped cowl. I can crochet but haven't found it to be as rewarding as knitting so far. Maybe this would change my mind. Happy holidays!

As a new crocheter who is looking to create a pattern collection, this would be a great start! I can't pick a favorite because they are all so amazing.. if forced, I'd have to say Le Bouquet Stole eeks out for the win.

Love the Envelope Cowl and the shoulder warmer. I don't crochet as much as I used to, but I'd love to have an active project on the hook.

I love the enveloped cowl - oh man I would love to whip that up for myself (and maybe for my good friend blondecatalogue - shhh!)

The Rustically elegant shoulder wrap is my favourite. It looks so snuggly and warm. I've only recently got into crochet but this collection makes me want to do more!

My favorite is the rustically elegant shoulder warmer~ I've been knitting for years but only just learned how to crochet last year. This is such a pretty and practical collection. Im sure the winner will be hard pressed to choose which design to make first :)

I love the Piaf Scarf (maybe because I'm mostly a knitter??!)

I love the edging on le bouquet stole!

I love them all! But if I must pick a favourite it would be the Rustically Elegant Shoulder Warmer. I am more of a knitter. I've made a few crochet animals, but have yet to make something I can wear. So pretty. I would love to give this a try!
