Demeter, could you speed things up a bit, please?

In the recent lightbulb revelation I had about needing to have smaller (read- sleeveless) projects on the go, I cast on for the Demeter Camisole (ravelry link) from Sensual Knits. I'm using a lovely dusty rose colour of Elann's Sock it to Me, 4 ply. And I love the stage that it's at, because I can just toss it into my purse and knit it on the subway to and from work. I've never been one to shy away from acres of stockinette, so this camisole is right up my alley. It's basically knit as a plain tank top, and then then I'll be unzipping the provisional cast on, and working the lace hem: I think there is something really appropriate about knitting something named after the Greek goddess of seasons... I'm definitely getting ready for spring. Especially since it's been looking like this the last little while:... and I've pretty much had my fill of it at this point.

P.S.- Anyone have any idea how to fix our progress bars? We didn't touch them, and suddenly, they are verticle. Hmmmm.

Ohh love the color you chose! That's going to look so nice on you! I've been looking for camis and tanks too. I've got the vixen camisole in mind but I don't know if I like the chunky yarn with that sock yarn :\

Anyways, it's been snowing quite a bit here but it always melts the next day. Wish the snow at least STAYED... it sure feels like -184829227 degrees outside. lol :)

I was ogling the Sensual Knits book on Knitpicks and minutes away from buying. Really curious to know how the cami turns out!

That's a great pattern, and I love the color. I'll forever be a fan of simple stockinette.

and yikes on the the snow! I wish it would just snow here too so that it will actually look as cold as it feels...

I can't wait to see your Demeter cami...in that color, it will be so pretty. I've been eyeing that pattern quite a bit lately. Those small projects are so perfect for commutes!
